What you'll do, who you'll become
Our EPiC Agile Coach (ICP-ACC) certified agile training course is a 5 half-day (Virtual) / 3 day (In-Person) learning experience. The training course will challenge participants to consider the Agile Coaching approaches required, covering a broad spectrum of teaching, mentoring, problem-solving, planning, leadership, team-building, and mastery of skills and knowledge.
The content will focus on how to create relationships with individuals and teams, challenge organisational culture, and individual behaviour through thoughtful and deliberate interactions. It will also explore the coach’s role in creating measurable and sustainable team practices to focus on team and organisational business goals and objectives, whilst having empathy for the impact of organisational change.

Certification & outcomes
This is an ICAgile-accredited course. Attendees will receive the ICP-ACC certification from ICAgile upon successful completion of this course.
