About this course

What you'll do, who you'll become

The Expert Coach program is a highly respected and intensive journey designed for experienced Agile Coaches to refine their skills at the enterprise level. Unlike traditional training courses, this six-month, cohort-based experience is deeply interactive and hands-on. You’ll apply real-world enterprise coaching, receive personalised mentoring, and develop true mastery through practice, supervision, and expert feedback. It is a prerequisite that participants have completed ICP-CAT and ICP-ENT courses.

Course outline

What we'll cover

Discovery sessions: covering self awareness, enterprise change, leadership development, coaching mastery and scaled agile.
Assessments: 360deg leadership assessments and development plans
Participant-led support calls: peer discussion & real-world application.
Coaching supervision & feedback: personalised mentoring & live practice
Submissions: presentation of reflections, learnings, and plan for the future.
