What you'll do, who you'll become

This highly interactive, ICAgile-accredited training course is designed to equip Product Owners with the practical skills needed to drive real value in complex enterprises. Going beyond the fundamentals of Agile Product Owners, this course integrates Product Management principles, value-driven decision-making, AI tools, and enterprise agility concepts to help participants feel confident to make decisions and lead value creation throughout the full product lifecycle. The course also prepares interested students to sit for the Scrum.org Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO1) exam.

Agile Product Ownership & Lifecycle Management – roles & responsibilities from vision to delivery
Value-Driven decision making – Prioritisation models, MVP/MMP, maximizing business value
Backlog Management – Structuring work, story mapping, prioritisation, estimation techniques, decomposition
Effective Planning – Inceptions, Roadmaps, trade-offs, Stakeholder management
Execution & Success Metrics - Release management, Definition of Ready/ Done, Metrics that matter, “Sprint” responsibilities

Certification & outcomes

This is an IC Agile accredited course, with attendees gaining access to the iCAgile ICP-APO certification. Attendees will receive the ICP-APO certification from iCAgile upon successful completion of this course. Attendees can get one exam attempt for Scrum.Org PSPO-1 certification at an additional cost.
